Nyla is a Virtual Christian Intuitive Eating Coach and founder of the online business "Nutrition with Nyla". She is certified as a Health and Life Coach, and specializes in Intuitive Eating, Intuitive Exercise and body image improvement. Other certifications she has include a Food and Nutrition Management diploma and many other fitness instructor certifications. She helps women heal their relationship with food, without using diets, obsession or restriction, by teaching them to tune into their God given body cues and intuition. Working 1:1 with women worldwide is Nyla's God given passion and she loves coaching from a Christian and enneagram perspective. She lives in Canada with her husband and in her free time, you'll find her walking outside, baking sourdough bread or looking for deals at the local thrift store!
